Sound Bath
I offered this sound bath freely (and on dry land) at Sun & Moon Yoga Studio in Arlington, VA, on November 4, 2025. It features tongue drum, crystal bowls, wind gong, Koshi water chime and flow chimes. There is a brief centering to begin, and a slow rise from the bath at the end. Meditating, Uncomfortably
On Wednesday evenings, I lead a meditation group.
