Much of what I offer on this website is free of charge.  But if you want to make a donation, all your money will be used for web fees, and for my own continuing yoga education.  Dana (pronounced “DHA-nuh”) roughly translates from Sanskrit and Pali to mean “gift, alms, donation."  It's the voluntary sharing of materials, energy, experience and wisdom (dharma) between us!
