Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15 - 10am

This class is ongoing; join anytime. I'll be on Zoom at 9am to greet you or help you get oriented. Each session includes breath awareness, entry-level yoga and a seated meditation of 10-15 minutes.
Absolutely no experience in yoga or meditation expected or required. Chairs and props are welcome!
OPTIONAL, but fun: Yoga chat from 9am - 9:15am and after class from 10am - 10:15am. Ask questions, share info, dive deeper into the 8 Limbs of Yoga (yes, there's more than tree pose!)
