This class is ongoing; join anytime.  I'll be on Zoom at 9am to greet you or help you get oriented. Each session includes breath awareness, mindful movement, and a seated meditation of 5-10 minutes. 


Absolutely no experience in yoga or meditation expected or required. Chairs and props are welcome!

OPTIONAL: Yoga chat from end of class until 10:15am.  Ask questions, share info, dive deeper into the 8 Limbs of Yoga (yes, there's more than tree pose!)

Each 90-minute session focuses on a core principle and will include physical practice, interactive opportunities, and references to traditional yogic texts, modern science, and some of my favorite teachers! I'll share documents and recommended readings at the end of each Special Sunday workshop.

Saturday Yoga

Begins November 21

Adding weekend yoga to your busy routine may seem unappealing.  But take an hour to focus on  breathing, moving and creating mind-body connections and you will enhance everything you do during all those other hours!  Drop-ins welcome.

This class will focus on Hatha yoga, the classic form, with plenty of time for individual attention and lots of options for all levels and ages.

OPTIONAL: I'll be online before and after the class to answer questions and chat.

I'll admit, I dread the arrival of short sunless days and grey winter skies.


Over the course of the next few months, I'll be on the lookout for interesting astronomical events to celebrate, using yoga, energy medicine, and mindfulness of the human body to echo the mystery and wonder of our place in the vast reaches of space.


Just because the sunlight dwindles during the evening doesn't mean we can't light up from inside!
