Each 90-minute session focuses on a core principle and will include physical practice, interactive opportunities, and references to traditional yogic texts, modern science, and some of my favorite teachers! I'll share documents and recommended readings at the end of each Special Sunday workshop.
Yoga offers time-honored and scientifically supported techniques to aid the process of going to sleep, staying asleep and sleeping restfully. This weekly session features healthy stretching, restorative poses, and targeted breathing practices that you can use anytime, but especially as you wind down from your day.
We'll also chat privately several times over the course of the season, for individualized attention to developing your personal evenng routine.

I'll admit, I dread the arrival of short sunless days and grey winter skies.
Over the course of the next few months, I'll be on the lookout for interesting astronomical events to celebrate, using yoga, energy medicine, and mindfulness of the human body to echo the mystery and wonder of our place in the vast reaches of space.
Just because the sunlight dwindles during the evening doesn't mean we can't light up from inside!
