This class is ongoing; join anytime. I'll be on Zoom early at 9am to greet you or help you get oriented.
Each session begins with breath awareness and mindful movement, then leads to a formal seated meditation period ranging from 10-20 minutes. Chairs and props are welcome!
NEW THIS SESSION: Optional yoga chat from 10am-10:15am. Ask questions, share information, dive deeper into the 8-Limbs of Yoga (yes, there's more than tree pose!)
Absolutely no experience in yoga or meditation is expected or required. Beginners welcome.

Each month will focus on a particular foundational principle.
The 90-minute period includes physical practice and interactive opportunities, as well as wisdom from traditional yogic texts, references to current science and tips from some of my favorite teachers!
I'll share documents and recommended readings at the end of each of these "special Sunday" mini-workshops.
