All-levels yoga is welcoming to all practitioners. I offer modifications, suggestions and encouragement toward building your own personal yoga practice. All-levels also includes the many various "levels" each of us contains individually, so the class is meant to incorporate mind, body, heart and soul.

Hatha 1 is a basic introduction to yoga breathing, postures, and relaxation. It is intended for beginners with no previous experience or those looking for a gentle and basic ongoing practice. Students will follow covid protocols set by the studio, which are updated regularly.

Easy Morning Yoga Flow

Minimum 1 participant (if you're there, I'm there!), Maximum of 12
Open to everyone, ages 12 and up
What can we do with the “innocent brightness of a new-born day”? William Wadsworth wants to know! This ongoing, drop-in friendly, all-levels yoga practice lasts 35-45 minutes, featuring fluid movements and breath practices to gently generate energy for your day. Each session includes pieces of poetry, music, texts or affirmations to support setting personal goals. Chairs and other props are welcome. “Yoga chat” happens after each session--it’s optional but always fun. All year long, our hearts will “feel the gladness of the May…”.
