Yoga for Balance

Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:30am - 10:30am

Madison Community Center/Arlington VA

This class uses traditional yoga poses and breath techniques to improve balance in the physical body, as well as in the heart and mind.  It is appropriate for true beginners as well as students with previous practice who want to explore and embrace all aspects of balance.
